Ram Kale is a seasoned professional in mechanical engineering with extensive experience in product design and development. Currently serving as Senior Deputy General Manager at Eimco Elecon India Limited since April 2022, Ram Kale leads engineering projects, focusing on new product design and team management. Previously, Ram Kale held the position of Lead Design Engineer at JCB from May 2006 to March 2022 and contributed to wheel design optimization at Kalyani Lemmerz Ltd as an Engineer in Product Engineering. Early career experience includes a role as Design Engineer at Productivity Aids Pvt Ltd, where Ram Kale specialized in designing fixtures and components for special purpose machines. Ram Kale holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Amravati University, obtained in 2001.
