Currently serving as Account Manager, Customer Support Manager, and Manager of Implementation/Support for OptiMatix at eInformatics since August 2006, Tim has developed a strong expertise in client relations and technical support. Prior to this role, Tim worked as Optical Manager at Spectrum Eye Care from August 1996 to July 2006 and owned Tim Johnston Optician from April 1989 to August 1996. Early in their career, Tim held positions as Territory Sales Manager at Carl Zeiss Optical and Licensed Dispensing Optician at Joseph Priess Optician, demonstrating a comprehensive background in both sales and optical management.
