Shannon M. has over 20 years of work experience. Shannon has held a variety of roles in various companies. Shannon began their career in 2001 at Luminex Corporation as a Lead Business Analyst, Oracle Systems. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing business process design, application configuration, implementation, conversion and interface design (API's), testing, business user training, system administration, and production support. Shannon also served as the Product Manager for Oracle Workflow, Financials, Oracle CRM On-Demand, Supply Chain, Daily Business Intelligence, iLearning, Human Resource Management, Projects, and ADP Pay eXpert/ezLaborManager. In 2008, they moved to Weight Watchers as an Organizational Coach/Trainer, Senior Leader, and Brand Ambassador. In 2011, Shannon joined Emerson Process Management as a Program Manager, Identity and Access Management. Shannon then moved to Manager - IT, Oracle Compliance and Patching where they created and managed a new strategic patching process, which encompassed requirement coordination and baseline test requirements for Emerson’s 24/7/365 worldwide Oracle E-Business Suite supporting approximately 30,000 users. In 2017, Shannon joined SmartDog Services as the Director, Organizational Leadership. Shannon then moved to Insightful Exchanges, LLC in 2018 as a Consultant. Currently, Shannon is the Chief Operations Officer and Director Of Operations at EIO Diagnostics.

Shannon M. graduated from St.Edward's University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Organizational Leadership. In 2017, they obtained a Train the Trainer certification from Lynda.com, as well as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM) certifications from the Scrum Alliance.
