Andrew Thompson

Andrew Thompson is a seasoned professional in the intellectual property field, currently serving as a Partner at EIP since June 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew accumulated extensive experience at Withers & Rogers LLP from February 2006 to June 2022, also holding the title of Partner and practicing as a Patent Attorney. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Patent Attorney at A. A. Thornton & Co from October 2001 to January 2006. Andrew's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Birmingham, completed from 1997 to 2000, as well as secondary education at Ripon Grammar School, where studies were undertaken from 1991 to 1997.
