Ben Willows

Ben Willows is an accomplished patent attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Currently a Partner at EIP since January 2020, Ben has progressed through various roles including Managing Associate and Senior Associate, focusing on UK and European patent law. Previously at Dyson from May 2017 to December 2019, Ben served as a Patent Attorney, managing IP matters in motors, automotive powertrain, and automotive electronics. Ben also gained significant expertise at Adamson Jones from 2012 to 2017, where roles included Associate and Senior Patent Assistant, engaging in patent drafting, prosecution, and legal advice across diverse technical fields such as medical devices and engineering. Ben began a career at McDonald's Corporation as a Crew Member from 2007 to 2012. Educational credentials include an MSci in Natural Sciences from Durham University, obtained between 2008 and 2012, and earlier education at Aberdare High School.
