Chris Ball

Chris Ball is an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Business Development Champion at EIP since November 2023, while also holding the position of Head of Business Development for Patently. Previously, Chris was the Head of Recruitment at gunnercooke llp and has a longstanding history with EIP, having initially joined in 2014 as Recruitment Manager before advancing to Head of Talent Acquisition and later taking on growth management responsibilities. Chris's career began with a role as a Freelance Paralegal, followed by recruitment positions at Michael Page and Sacco Mann, specializing in legal and intellectual property sectors. Chris graduated with a BA (Hons) in Ancient History and History from the University of Reading.
