Gareth Probert

Gareth Probert is a seasoned intellectual property attorney with extensive experience in patent and trademark law. Currently serving as Partner and Head of EIP Elements and HealthTech at EIP since February 2020, Gareth has previously held partner positions at HGF Limited and Potter Clarkson LLP, accumulating over 16 years of experience in these roles. Prior experience includes working as a Patent Attorney at Forresters and W.P. Thompson & Co from 1999 to 2004. Gareth Probert holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry and a BSc in Chemistry and Organic Chemistry, both from the University of Southampton.
