Guy Riches

Guy Riches is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple firms. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at EIP since June 2023, Guy oversees HR operations across offices in the UK, Germany, Sweden, and the US. Prior to this, Guy held multiple positions at Three Crowns LLP, including Director of Human Resources and Interim HR Manager, from December 2019 to June 2023. Guy's previous roles also include Head of HR at Kennedys, HR Manager at Stephenson Harwood LLP, and HR Manager at Slaughter and May, showcasing a strong background in HR management and business partnering. Moreover, Guy's earlier career included key positions at ADP, SSA Global, Watson Wyatt, and Infinium Software, further exemplifying a robust expertise in HR systems, consulting, and organizational change. Educationally, Guy holds a CIPD degree from Croydon Business School.
