Joel Todd is a Patent Scientist at EIP since July 2021, currently a part-qualified trainee patent attorney with a completed QM IP certificate. In addition, Joel has been self-employed as a tutor since April 2016, providing instruction to 30 students in Mathematics and Physics A-levels, and engaging in voluntary tutoring for disadvantaged students pursuing Oxbridge. A recent internship at SUGIMURA & Partners involved checking translations of Japanese patent applications into English. Previous experience includes a role as a Customer Service Assistant at Ontrak Recruitment and as an Oxbridge Admissions Consultant at Leading Education. Joel holds a PGCert in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London and an MPhys in Physics from the University of Oxford.
