Mark Lubbock

Mark Lubbock is a partner at EIP, leading the commercial IP, IT, and data protection team in the London office since March 2022. With a specialization in commercial technology and privacy law, Mark has previously held partner positions at Brown Rudnick LLP from February 2018 to March 2022 and at Ashurst from May 1996 to January 2018. Mark Lubbock holds a degree in Natural Sciences and Law from the University of Cambridge, attended from 1977 to 1980, and is an alumnus of Cranleigh School, where studies were completed from 1971 to 1976.
