Paula Flutter

Paula Flutter is a UK and European Patent Attorney, European Design Attorney, and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with a background in engineering. They began their career as a Trainee Patent and Trademark Attorney at Marks & Clerk from 1997 to 2003 before taking on the role of Patent and Trademark Attorney at Olswang from 2003 to 2005. Since 2006, they have been a Partner at EIP, where they manage a diverse portfolio across various technical fields, including automotive engineering and medical devices. Paula holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast, an MSc in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Surrey, and a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London. They are fluent in German, enabling effective communication with German clients.
