Tim Belcher

Tim Belcher is a seasoned UK and European Patent Attorney with extensive experience in the field. As a Partner at EIP since April 2014, Tim has held multiple roles including Managing Associate and Senior Associate, focusing on patent law and intellectual property. Tim has also contributed to GSK as a Patent Attorney during a part-time secondment in their Global Patents team from March 2021 to July 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Patent Attorney at Mewburn Ellis LLP from September 2010 to March 2014. Tim holds a Master of Chemistry degree from the University of Oxford and a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London.
