Xiaofan Chen

Xiaofan Chen is a Partner and Patent Attorney at EIP, focusing on patent rights management, including prosecution, litigation, and client counseling. They have extensive experience in various technical fields such as mechanical engineering and computer science, and are admitted for practice before the SIPO since 2006. Xiaofan was among the earliest recognized patent litigators by the Supreme People’s Court of China and serves on the Experts Consulting Committee of the IP Case Law Guidance and Studies Center. Their academic background includes a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Aberdeen and a GDL in Law from The University of Law.
