Steve Davis is the CEO and co-founder of Eir, a sensor-powered fitness startup delivering real-time muscle oxygen data to endurance athletes. They also work as a fractional product and program leader through Self Employed Part Time Consulting, advising early-stage and growth companies in sports tech, AI, and connected hardware. Previously, they held leadership roles at NutraClick and Rivian, where they led cross-functional teams to develop EV charging hardware and software, and at Apple, contributing to the Apple Silicon transition and macOS/iOS platform initiatives. They studied at Harvard Kennedy School of Government (2010–2011) and attended MIT (2010–2011), earned a Master of Arts in International Relations at The University of Western Ontario (2006–2007), and held an Honors BA in Political Science from The University of Western Ontario (1998–2001).
