Alan Kinane

Alan Kinane currently serves as the Azure Infrastructure Practice Lead at eir evo, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Alan was the Azure Technical Lead at MicroWarehouse Ltd from July 2018 to February 2024, where responsibilities included assisting Microsoft partners with cloud solutions and technical training. Alan's earlier experience includes a Senior IT Manager role at Depaul (Ireland), focusing on establishing an internal IT department for a non-profit organization, and a Technical Operations Lead position at E-MIT Solutions, where Alan developed Ireland’s first ‘Firewall as a Service’. Alan founded and managed a consultancy business for seven years and has held various technical and managerial positions in prior companies, emphasizing cloud infrastructure, project management, and IT strategy.
