Ciara Dempsey

Ciara Dempsey has over 24 years of experience in the IT industry. Ciara started their career in 1994 as a Resolution Specialist at Gtech, where they worked on the development and launch of Lotto Quick Pick game in Ireland. Ciara then moved to Dell Ireland in 1997, where they held roles as an Acquisition and New Business Account Manager and later as an Internal Sales Manager. In 2004, they joined Dell Computers as a Relationship Account Manager. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as an Inside Product Specialist at Dell Technologies. Ciara then progressed to roles such as Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager / Dell for Entrepreneur Program Lead, Senior Sales Manager, and Sales Engineering Senior Manager, Infrastructure Solutions Group, where they demonstrated expertise in building champion teams and maximizing business opportunities. Currently, they are the Head of SME and Outsource Sales at eir evo. Throughout their career, Ciara has proven their ability to deliver and exceed targets, lead teams, and develop people.

Ciara Dempsey completed their education in a variety of fields. In 1992 until 1994, they attended Leinster Business School and obtained a Business Skills Diploma with a major in French Language. From 1995 to 1999, Ciara attended Dublin Business School, where they earned a B.A.Hons in Business Studies, specializing in Law, Marketing, Accountancy, and Taxation. Recently, in 2019 and 2020, Ciara enrolled in the Technological University Dublin and completed a Postgraduate CPD Diploma in Leading Business Innovation and Digital Transformation.
