Mark Higgins

Mark Higgins has a diverse work experience primarily in the telecommunications industry. Mark started their career with eir Ireland in 2012 and held multiple roles including Base Operations Manager, Head of Partnership Sales and New Business Development, and Director of Channel Sales. In these positions, they were responsible for training and development programs, compliance guidelines, and implementing sales strategies. In 2020, they joined eir evo as the Sales Director for SMEs and later became the Director of Business Sales Optimization.

Mark Higgins completed a Diploma in Sales and Operations Management from the Communication and Management Institute between 2006 and 2008.
