Stephen Dee

Stephen Dee is the Head of Financial Operations at eir Ireland, where they have been leading financial teams since 2021. They are also a member of the ACCA Large Enterprises Panel, contributing to the organization since 2025. With over 15 years of experience as a chartered certified accountant, Stephen focuses on developing people and building collaborative teams aligned with company values. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance at Dublin Business School, along with diplomas in Credit Management and International Financial Reporting from Griffith College Dublin and ACCA, respectively.
