Neil Vangala

Neil works to identify new investment opportunities and contributes to the ongoing oversight of the Eir Portfolio. Neil has roughly 15 years of experience working as a healthcare technology investor and operator. He was previously the Founder of Keen Insurance and an Entrepreneur in Residence at Redesign Health, a venture studio focused on launching businesses in the healthcare technology space. Previously, Neil worked as an investment professional at Genstar Capital where he was involved in the origination, underwriting, and execution of a number of successful Healthcare, Technology, and Financial Services investments, including eResearch Technology, NetSmart, Evolution1, and AssetMark.

Neil is an active board member for companies across the healthcare ecosystem and has helped to found and build various businesses over the past 15 years.

Neil earned a BA from Brown University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was elected a Palmer Scholar and McGowan Fellow.
