Planning a team offsite? We make it easy - and unforgettable experience for your team!

At EIRA, we create offsite experiences that bring teams closer, spark fresh ideas, and cherished memories. Whether you are reviewing your quarterly strategy, developing your culture, or simply taking a well-earned celebration together, we handle the logistics, so you can focus on your team!

From finding the right location to designing a thoughtful agenda, our team takes care of every detail - logistics, workshops, activities, coaches, themed dinners, even the shuttle bus. And yes, if you would like, we are on-site to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Born in Lisbon and based in Berlin and Milan, we are passionate about helping teams reconnect in the age of remote and hybrid work - through offsites that are meaningful, balanced, and tailored to your needs.

Here is what you can expect:
• Curated offsite locations all over Europe
• Full planning support - we help you craft an impactful offsite agenda
• On-site coordination - if you would like, we are on site to manage your full event.

Let’s bring your offsite to life.

Book a quick intro call - we would love to hear about your offsite ideas!
