Derek Simonson, CSM, CISA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in change management and incident management, currently serving as a Change Management Specialist and Incident Management Support at Bell since September 2022. Simonson has held key roles at EIRE Systems as a Service Delivery Executive for Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included managing a team of Data Center Engineers and enhancing client relationships. Previous experience includes managing IT service operations at Cybage Software, Pactera, AIG, Dell, the Royal Bank of Scotland, and the National Bank of Canada. Simonson holds a Bachelor's degree from York University, completed executive education at INSEAD, and is currently pursuing an MBA at GLOBIS University.
