Alan Keaskin

Alan Keaskin is an experienced electrical engineering professional currently serving as Offshore Asset Manager and previously as a System Engineer at EirGrid Group since December 2019. Prior roles include Senior Design Engineer-Substations and Project Manager at Powerco, where responsibilities involved working on substations and electrical projects. Alan's career began as an Electrical Apprentice at Swan Electric, progressing through various positions, including Electrician/Chargehand at ODF Electrical and Owner/Electrical Contractor at K-Electrical. Alan holds a Masters in Management from Massey University and an MSc in Electrical Power Systems from the University of Bath, along with a B.Tech in Electrical Services from Technological University Dublin and an Electrical Trade Qualification.
