Haroon Rasheed

Haroon Rasheed is a Senior Engineer at EirGrid Group, specializing in electrical and nuclear engineering with over 13 years of experience in the energy sector. With a strong focus on power system studies and project management, Haroon is dedicated to advancing sustainable energy initiatives and ensuring the integrity of Ireland's power grid. Prior to their current role, Haroon served as a Senior Project Engineer at the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission, where they coordinated power projects from 2015 to 2023, and as a Business Manager at PTCL from 2009 to 2014. Haroon holds a Master’s Degree in Nuclear Engineering from Tsinghua University and another Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Asia.
