June Omole

June Omole is a Senior Engineer specializing in Interconnections at EirGrid Group since July 2023. With over a decade of experience at Kenya Power, June advanced from an Apprentice Engineer to Systems Control Engineer, managing system grid operations at the National Control Centre. Prior roles include System Engineer at Comtec Networks Ltd, where June led network infrastructure projects, and Assistant Data Center Engineer at Seven Seas Technologies, supporting technical operations. June holds a Master's degree in Nuclear Power Plant Engineering from KEPCO International Nuclear Graduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, along with various certifications in renewable energy and decentralized energy systems.
