Matt O'Connor

Matt O'Connor is a professional with diverse experience in the fields of trading, operations, and clerical roles. Currently serving as a Controller at EirGrid Group since November 2023, Matt previously held positions at 888spectate as both a Junior Trader and Junior Sportsbook Operations Executive from September 2020 to September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Clerical Officer with the Health Service Executive in early 2019, and promotions in marketing and sales roles at mixtape marketing and Bambury Bookmakers, respectively, in 2018. Matt began a career in the service industry as a Kitchen Assistant at Scally's Supervalu. Matt possesses a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Limerick, obtained between 2015 and 2020.
