Paul O'Shea

Paul O'Shea is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and operational control. Currently serving as Operations Financial Controller at EirGrid since March 2015, Paul successfully delivered a significant price control initiative that secured operational revenues of €313 million. Previous roles include Chief Information Officer and Finance Transformation Manager at Applegreen, where Paul led IT transformation and financial process improvements. Paul also held finance leadership positions at Potterton Myson, Kitchenware Products, and Orbiscom, and began a career in auditing with PwC Ireland. Academic credentials include a Master of Accounting from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and qualification as a Chartered Accountant.
