Paul Rizos

Paul Rizos is an experienced IT professional specializing in Information Technology Service Management. Currently serving as an IT Service Management Specialist at EirGrid Group since June 2023, Paul has demonstrated expertise in service desk operations and ticket resolution during tenure at Auxilion from September 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included 24/7 service desk management and troubleshooting for VIP users.
