Pj Rudden

PJ Rudden is a highly experienced professional with over 35 years in strategic management consultancy, focusing on public and private sectors, particularly in renewable energy, circular economy, and public policy transformation. Currently serving as Chairperson of the Dublin Infrastructure Forum at EirGrid Group and as Chairman of Construction Innovation and Digital Adoption at the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, PJ also holds the position of Managing Director at Aengus Consulting Ltd. His extensive background includes roles such as Director at Codema and Director of the EU Secretariat for European Green Capital and European Green Leaf Awards with the European Commission. PJ has also contributed as a lecturer at University College Dublin and held leadership positions including President of Engineers Ireland and President of the Engineering Graduates Association. Educational qualifications include a BE (Honours) Degree in Civil, Water and Environmental Engineering from University College Dublin.
