Sameer Shembavnekar is a seasoned database professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Database Specialist Lead at EirGrid Group, Sameer supports project delivery and operational KPIs while optimizing database solutions for high performance and disaster recovery. Previous roles include Senior Database Administrator at Rubicon Water, where Sameer focused on infrastructure support and automated database upgrades, and Security DBA at Westpac, responsible for implementing enterprise database security standards.
