Sean Sweeney

Sean Sweeney has over two decades of experience in software development, with a focus on technologies such as Oracle and VB.NET. Since November 2011, Sean has been working as a Software Developer at EirGrid, where responsibilities include designing and developing client applications and enhancing database resources for improved administrative and reporting functions. Prior to this role, Sean served as a Software Developer at IFDS Percana and Scottish Provident, primarily working with VB, Oracle, and SQL Server. Sean began the professional journey at Quintiles as an Oracle Developer, creating Interactive Telephone Response Systems for drug trial management. Sean holds a BSc. Hons in Biology and Process Engineering from Dublin City University, earned in 1994.
