Ajay Pande

Ajay Pande is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive leadership experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Director at EIRIS since February 2025, Ajay has held several senior positions, including Director of Engineering at Mindbody, Director of Software Engineering at TomTom, and India Engineering Head at Circana. Prior to these roles, Ajay was the SVP - Country Head for India at RNL ScaleFunder and held various engineering leadership positions at VMWARE, NVIDIA, and EllieMae. Ajay's career commenced in engineering management at Siemens and PTC, cultivating a robust foundation in engineering and technology management. Academic credentials include a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune, an M.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, and dual MBAs in Finance and IT from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
