Rob Lake

Rob Lake is the CEO and Co-Founder of Eirloom, a longevity and leadership company that designs precision plans and environments for high performers. They previously served as Chief Executive Officer at Boulevard from 2018 to 2025 and founded SonderThink, an agency for learning, in 2018. Their leadership in education includes roles such as Head of School at Head-Royce School (2010–2015) and Headmaster at Collingwood School (2016–2018), with earlier positions at Millbrook School (2000–2005) and Wilmington Friends School (2005–2010). Rob Lake studied at Williams College and Dartmouth College, completed an Executive Program in Artificial Intelligence at MIT Sloan in 2017, and currently lives in Sweden with their family.
