DeAndre Brown is an experienced operations management leader with over 20 years in warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing environments. Currently serving as a Production Manager at EIS, they have previously held key roles at Omix-ADA, Inc., Daimler Trucks North America, and Sortimo of North America, where they implemented Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement practices. DeAndre has a strong focus on team leadership, process optimization, and quality assurance, and is currently pursuing multiple degrees in Business Administration and Operations Management at Southern New Hampshire University and Walden University.
