Farrah Brown is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry with over two decades of experience in sales and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Neurology Account Specialist at Eisai US since June 2023, Farrah previously worked at Biohaven Pharmaceuticals as a Neuroscience Sales Specialist from November 2019 to June 2023, and prior to that held positions including Specialty Account Manager at Orexigen Therapeutics and Area Sales Manager at Sprout Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
