Jared Spidel is a seasoned professional in antibody and protein engineering, currently serving as a Director at Eisai US since September 2007. With extensive experience in oncology programs, Jared has played a crucial role in antibody selection, cell line development, and the creation of novel antibody-drug conjugate conjugation sites. Additionally, Jared designed a bispecific antibodies platform, conducted antibody computational modeling, and developed high-throughput cloning and expression systems. Prior to Eisai, Jared held several scientific positions at Centocor, including Senior Principal Scientist and Principal Scientist, and completed postdoctoral research at Progenra, Inc. Jared earned a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from Penn State College of Medicine and a BS in Biochemistry from Lebanon Valley College.
