Joye Bramble is an accomplished leader in biopharmaceutical development with extensive experience in organizational management and operations, currently serving as Exton Site Head and Vice President of Biopharmaceutical Development at Eisai US since October 2014. Previously, Joye was Vice President of Pilot Plant Operations at Morphotek, Inc., where significant contributions included the development of a 60,000 sqft pilot plant for monoclonal antibody production and management of multimillion-dollar budgets. Prior to that, Joye held various executive roles at Merck, overseeing large teams and facilities focused on therapeutic protein commercialization and bioprocess R&D, demonstrating a consistent track record of successful project management and resource planning. Joye holds a PhD in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Master's internship in Biotechnology from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor’s in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
