Junji Matsui

Junji Matsui currently serves as the Head of the Discovery Evidence Generation Function (Modality Development), Deputy Chief Discovery Officer, and Executive Director at Eisai US, a position held since October 2017. Prior to this role, Junji was a Senior Director at エーザイ（株） from June 2012 to September 2017 and worked as a Biology Scientist at Eisai from April 1999 to May 2012. Junji holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pharmacology and a Master of Science (MS) degree from The University of Osaka, and completed further studies at Columbia University between 2011 and 2012.
