Randi Fais

Randi Fais, SHRM-SCP, SPHR currently serves as Associate Director of Human Resources at Eisai US since February 2022. Previously, Randi held the position of Head of Human Resources at Proponent Federal Credit Union from 2015 to March 2022, leading HR activities across sites in New Jersey and North Carolina. Prior experience includes roles at Roche Pharmaceuticals as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Consultant, providing comprehensive HR support and establishing essential relationships within the organization. Additionally, Randi managed recruitment efforts at Alliance Capital as Human Resources Manager. Educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology and Business from the University at Albany and management development studies at Rutgers University Center for Management Development.
