Seth Mendelson

Seth Mendelson is a seasoned professional in patent information science with extensive experience at Eisai US since August 2014, currently serving as Senior Manager Patent Information Scientist. In this role, Seth conducts high-quality bio-sequence and text searches, manages shared document libraries, and leads an Alzheimer’s patient outreach project. Prior to Eisai, Seth held several relevant positions, including Senior Patent Information Scientist at Novartis, where targeted searches for intellectual property practitioners were conducted, and Patent and Scientific Analyst at Novartis, leading training initiatives on patentability. Earlier experience includes roles at Wyeth and Nixon Peabody LLP, focusing on intellectual property searches and team management. Seth holds both a BS and MS in Animal Science from the University of Rhode Island.
