Steven Hersch

Steven Hersch currently serves as Vice President of Clinical Research for New Modalities in the Neurology Business Group at Eisai US, a position held since January 2021. In addition, Steven is a Professor of Neurology at both Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, roles begun in 2001 and 2010, respectively. Steven's previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Clinical Research and Development at Voyager Therapeutics, Inc. from April 2017 to January 2021 and holding academic positions at Emory University School of Medicine from 1991 to 2001. Steven earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Boston University, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in an Interdisciplinary Program in Neuroscience from American University, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Anatomy from Boston University.
