Ying Wu

Ying Wu is an accomplished professional in the field of human genetics, currently serving as the Director and Head of Human Genetics at Eisai US since February 2024. Prior to this role, Ying held various positions at Pfizer, including Senior Manager and Manager of Genetics from September 2016 to February 2024. Ying's academic career includes serving as a Research Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from July 2014 to August 2016 and as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of North Carolina from July 2009 to June 2014. Ying obtained a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Chinese Academy of Sciences between 2004 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2000 to 2004, with additional studies at the University of Cambridge in 2007.
