Jon Jayal

Jon Jayal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. As a Partner at eisicle since February 2025, Jon previously held various leadership roles at Nexteq PLC from June 2012 to February 2025, including Advisor, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. During tenure at Nexteq, Jon successfully executed a growth strategy for a multinational, multisector technology business with a £100M market cap, overseeing governance and operational efficiency. Earlier experiences include Vice President at BlackRock, where Jon managed multi-billion-pound pension and insurance clients, and Investment Consultant at Mercer Investment Consulting, where Jon progressed from Junior Analyst to leading a team of approximately 30 consultants. Education includes a first-class degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Warwick and A-Levels from Trinity School, Croydon.
