Matt Brown

Matt Brown, CPA, J.D., is a partner at EisnerAmper since September 2022, previously serving as a partner and tax manager at Lurie, LLP from January 2008 to September 2022. Brown specializes in researching complex tax issues, negotiating tax disputes with the IRS, and collaborating with advisors to enhance clients' financial positions while minimizing tax liabilities. Prior to his tax and accounting career, Brown worked as a realtor at Right Sales, Inc., where residential real estate transactions in the Twin Cities were facilitated. Early professional experience includes legal research training at Thomson Reuters, law clerk duties for low-income clients at the Volunteer Lawyers Network, and accounting responsibilities at Morningstar.
