Michael Breit

Michael Breit serves as the Chairman and CEO of EisnerAmper LLP, a position held since October 2004, where additional roles have included Vice Chair and Partner-in-charge of the New York City office. With extensive experience in Securities and Exchange Commission matters, Michael has contributed to the initial public offerings of leading broadcasters and cable TV operators, as well as participating in due diligence efforts for programming ventures and sports franchise acquisitions. Prior to EisnerAmper, Michael was a Partner at Ernst & Young from September 1984 to October 2004. Michael earned a BA in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College between 1980 and 1984.
