Shawn Carson

Shawn Carson is a seasoned professional in international tax with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of International Tax at EisnerAmper LLP since January 2012, Shawn manages a diverse portfolio of international clients across various sectors, including investment funds and consumer goods. Previously, Shawn held the position of Director at CBIZ, overseeing international tax operations for the New York office from February 2007 to January 2012. Shawn's career began at BDO Seidman, where responsibilities included Tax Partner and leadership roles in the North East Tax Practice, National Tax Consulting, and the International Tax Group from September 1987 to June 2006. Shawn holds both B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Mathematics from the University of Warwick, along with foundational education at Clitheroe Grammar and Filey in the UK.
