Diva Tommei

Diva Tommei is a seasoned executive currently serving as Chief Innovation and Education Chief Marketing Officer at EIT Digital, where responsibilities include enhancing the organization's Innovation and Education initiatives and overseeing all marketing activities. Previously, Diva held the position of Head of EIT Digital Accelerator at SECO spa, a leader in embedded electronics. Additional roles include Investment Director for IT/ICT at Fondazione ENEA Tech and Director for Italy at EIT Digital. As CEO and Founder of Solenica, Diva drove the creation of products focused on improving indoor environments. Educationally, Diva holds a PhD in Molecular and Computational Biology from the University of Cambridge and advanced degrees in Genomic Biotechnology and Biotechnology from the University of Rome "La Sapienza." Public speaking engagements include TEDx events discussing topics such as the impact of robotics and the lifecycle of startups.
