Nicolas Verschelden

Nicolas Verschelden currently serves as the Country Manager for the Public Sector at Google in Luxembourg, a role initiated in July 2024. Concurrently, Verschelden acts as an Advisor and Expert for Horizon Europe at the European Commission, contributes to the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford as an Innovation Expert and Adjunct Lecturer, and is an Executive Contributor on Digital Economy and Society at the World Economic Forum. Verschelden holds expertise roles at EIT Digital and the Luxembourg National Research Fund, and advises the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce on national AI sovereignty strategy. An alumnus of Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Belgium's 40 under 40, Verschelden also participates as a laureate and jury member for the Prince Albert Fund. Academic credentials include degrees from MIT Sloan School of Management, Stanford University, Vlerick Business School, and Université Blaise Pascal.
