Wataru Shimada

Wataru Shimada is the Founder and CEO of EITOSS Inc. since April 2021. Before this role, Wataru was the Head of the CEO office and involved in new business development at Coincheck from February 2018 to March 2021, focusing on blockchain technology and corporate planning. Wataru also served as a Product Manager at Tradecraft in early 2019 and worked as a Management Consultant in the Global Strategy Group at KPMG Japan from November 2014 to January 2018. Additionally, Wataru held a position in Business Development at Toyota Tsusho Corporation from April 2012 to October 2014, where responsibilities included exporting auto parts and strategic planning. Wataru holds a Bachelor's degree in law from Waseda University, graduated in 2012, and completed further education at Tradecraft in 2019.
