Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Growth Platform Consulting, Dotson specializes in technology-enabled platform strategies, innovation delivery, and leadership development. Dotson is also a Senior Industry Advisor to the Board at Eiwa, where data and analytics enhance corporate agriculture's operational efficiency and sustainability. As an Advisory Board Member for Agerpoint, Dotson contributes to advancements in spatial modeling technology in agriculture and climate insights. Previously, Dotson held senior advisory roles at BlockApps and served as a Venture Board Member and Vice President at Bayer, focusing on digital transformation in agriculture.
