Jeff Pitman

Jeff Pitman is a Senior HR Business Partner at EJ, bringing over 14 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. They previously served as the Director of HR Operations at Lippert Components, Inc., where they focused on organizational development and employee engagement. Prior to that, Jeff held the position of Athletic Director and Business and Economics Teacher at Mason High School, leading teams and fostering academic success. Currently, Jeff is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Grand Valley State University.
